Who we are
This site is published by Sciensoft Technologies B.V., registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 82570426. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Sciensoft Technologies B.V.; "you" and "your" refer to the person or organisation reading the site.

What this site is
A description of the company, the software it builds, and the work it is hired for. It is not a product, it has no accounts, and it takes no payment. sciensoft.dev and alexandre-souza.com are the same site served under two names.

Our products have their own terms
Nothing here governs the use of any Sciensoft product. mcp-connectors is governed by the Terms published at mcp-connectors.sciensoft.dev/terms. Agentic Bootstrap is released separately by Alexandre Souza under the MIT licence and carries that licence's terms, which are not ours to vary.

What belongs to whom
The text, artwork, layout, and code of this site belong to Sciensoft Technologies B.V., except where a page states otherwise. The site is built on a commercial template licensed to us, which is not ours to sublicense to you. Third-party names and logos shown here — the tools we use, and the companies whose platforms our founder has worked on — remain the trademarks of their owners and appear solely to identify them. Nothing on this site implies their endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Acceptable use
Read it, quote it, link to it. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the infrastructure behind it, do not use it to distribute anything unlawful, and do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else.

The descriptions of products, services, and prior work on this site are informational. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, not a warranty, and not professional advice. Any engagement with us is governed by whatever is signed for it, and where a signed agreement and this site disagree, the signed agreement wins.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site, and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to it is limited to €100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to any consumer rights available to you under the mandatory law of your residence.
